1.125kg ice cubes
50ml lemon juice
100ml (1/3 cup +1 tbsp) chilled passionfruit juice (take larger amount of pulp and strain to obtain juice)
800ml (3 + 1/4 cups less 1 tbsp) chilled Ocean Spray cranberry juice
100ml (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) chilled pineapple juice
200ml (3/4 cup + 1/2 tsp) chilled 1:1 Sugar Syrup
300ml (1 cup + 3 tbsp + 1 tsp) vanilla-flavoured vodka
Fill a cocktail shaker with some of the ice. Add about 20% of lemon juice, passionfruit juice, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, Sugar Syrup and vodka. Shake and serve!
Bubbles & Troubles (Punch)
1 bottle dry white wine
2 bottles of bubbles
30 ml brandy
75 ml triple sec
150 ml grenadine
150 ml lemon juice
150 ml pineapple juice
Get a large punch bowl and mix all ingredients, except the bubbles – add this just before serving. Makes about 30 glasses!
Chilly Willy (a frozen Daiquiri)
2 parts strawberry daiquiri mix
1 part vodka & lots of crushed ice
Pour all mixes into a blender and mix until a creamy slush, then serve.
1 Sugar lump
2 dashes Bitters
1 twist of Lemon Peel
Place lump of sugar and bitters in a chilled champagne flute. Fill with chilled champagne. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
2 parts Bubbly
1 part Cointreau
Mix, serve & enjoy.
Death in the afternoon
5 oz chilled Bubbly
1 oz Pernod
Pour the Pernod into the champagne flute and top off with the champagne.
2 oz Gin
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp Sugar
Shake gin, juice of lemon, and sugar with ice and strain into a glass over two ice cubes. Fill with chilled champagne, stir, and serve
4 parts Bubbly
2 parts Vodka
1 part Cranberry juice
1 part Lemon Juice
Take two glasses. Fill one with champagne and mix the other glass with the specified amounts of the other ingredients. Mix the contents of both glasses. You end up with two glasses of the drink. OR multiply your quantities and make a HUGE bowl.
