HENSinc accepts Visa/Visa Debit and MasterCard on a secure payment site. All transactions are in NZD.
Direct credits are accepted but product shipment will not commence until funds have cleared in full.
If you hold a BNZ visa or Mastercard and are being asked for a ‘password’ you have probably signed up to an extra security phase to your online shopping. If you do not already know your password please contact your bank and enquire about ‘verified by visa’ and they will issue you with the details required to finalise your order.
HENSinc uses ‘Direct Payment Systems’ to host any credit card transactions. DPS’s secure server uses SSL encryption ensuring the highest standard of safety. HENSinc will only retain what is required for banking records.

HENSinc have put a lot of time and effort into compiling games and theming resources. Therefore we do not have a refund policy unless products other than the initially stated are faulty.
If you should find yourself in this position please note that HENSinc must be notified within three days of receiving the goods. Refunds may only be considered once we have inspected the product.
If time allows, replacement items will be granted if the product/s are faulty or damaged or lost in transit. If time does not allow for replacements, a refund will be granted.
Refunds will not be made because you have changed your mind. Please make your choices carefully. Call us if you have any questions about any of our products so to avoid disappointment.
We generally have a 2 or 3 day turn around from the date of payment although we are sometimes able to get items out to you overnight within the North Island and 2 nights for the South Island so long as you are centrally located. Please call us on 021 855 652 and organise for a ‘red alert’ delivery if there are time constraints. We will almost always be able to accommodate you. If your items arrive late and you haven’t organised with us for them to arrive earlier then no refund will be granted.
HENSinc has taken all precautions to commission great performers for the ‘big night’ and is responsible only for providing the performers with all the necessary details i.e.: date/time/venue, contact details etc.
HENSinc cannot be held responsible for any performers once this information has been passed on.
Contact us to confirm a date/time then pay your deposit via the online shop. A booking form for further details will then be emailed to you.
Postage and Handling
HENSinc uses ‘Fastway’ couriers. A physical address is required for the courier to deliver to. No PO boxes. Please advise us at time of payment if no one will be available to sign for your item and they will leave it at your door or in your letterbox at your risk. A track and trace email will be emailed once the parcel has been sent.
Saturday Delivery: This service is available for an extra charge of $5. Please select the Saturday delivery option in the cart once you have confirmed with us that the delivery can be made succesfully. There are cut off times for different parts of NZ:
South Island: Main Centres – Thursday Midday
North Island: Main Centres – Friday morning
We advise that you call the depot first thing on the Saturday morning to organise time of delivery.
Rural Delivery: A charge is added for any rural deliveries. If you do not want to pay this then advise us of an urban alternative.
Courier Costs – Nationwide: $9.95; NZ Rural / Sat Delivery: $14.95
Any information, including names and addresses, given to HENSinc will not be given or sold to any person or party. Details supplied to HENSinc will be for internal use only.
