Bubbles & Troubles (Punch)
Ingredients:
1 bottle dry white wine
2 bottles of bubbles
30 ml brandy
75 ml triple sec
150 ml grenadine
150 ml lemon juice
150 ml pineapple juice
Ice
Mixing instructions:
Get a large punch bowl and mix all ingredients, except the bubbles – add this just before serving. Makes about 30 glasses!
Chilly Willy (a frozen Daiquiri)
Ingredients:
2 parts strawberry daiquiri mix
1 part vodka & lots of crushed ice
Mixing instructions:
Pour all mixes into a blender and mix until a creamy slush, then serve.
Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients:
Chilled Bubbly
1 Sugar lump
2 dashes Bitters
1 twist of Lemon Peel
Mixing instructions:
Place lump of sugar and bitters in a chilled champagne flute. Fill with chilled champagne. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
Champagne Martini
Ingredients:
2 parts Bubbly
1 part Cointreau
Mixing instructions:
Mix, serve & enjoy.
Death in the afternoon
Ingredients:
5 oz chilled Bubbly
1 oz Pernod
Mixing instructions:
Pour the Pernod into the champagne flute and top off with the champagne.
Diamond Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 oz Gin
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp Sugar
Chilled Bubbly
Mixing instructions:
Shake gin, juice of lemon, and sugar with ice and strain into a glass over two ice cubes. Fill with chilled champagne, stir, and serve
Russian Hen
Ingredients:
4 parts Bubbly
2 parts Vodka
1 part Cranberry juice
1 part Lemon Juice
Mixing instructions:
Take two glasses. Fill one with champagne and mix the other glass with the specified amounts of the other ingredients. Mix the contents of both glasses. You end up with two glasses of the drink. OR multiply your quantities and make a HUGE bowl.
